PTI was founded as Pinnacle Telecommunications in 1984 by Barbara Winters, and has evolved into a recognized leader in telecommunications infrastructure services. Incorporated as Pinnacle Telecommunications, Inc. in 1993, PTI is a California-based, privately held WBENC and TL9000 Certified company holding B, C7, C10 (General Construction, Low Voltage/Structured Wire, Electrical) California contracting licenses.
